Leader of The Crimson Concord. Sought to permanently cure vampiric blood hunger — not as a scheme, but as a desperate and sincere mission.

Used Meldir as a ritual test subject at some point in the past; the ritual was incomplete, leaving Meldir with partial blood hunger — The Blood Curse.

Spoken to Meldir as he was killed. Meaning unknown.

Open Questions

• What did he mean by “You will be it”?
• Is the Living Breath (flame) he summoned during the fight still dormant somewhere? It did nothing.
• Can the Concord’s work be completed without him?
• How does his ritual connect to Zara Fell Von and the surviving members?
