An ancient site where Storm Giant jarls once gathered to prove themselves. The Storm Tablet points here as the destination for Dekyna’s Warden legacy quest.

• Location identified on the storm tablet map: north of Lakes Miraedun and Dinev-Shar, near the Spine of the World
• The tablet inscription: “Seek the moot of the Jarls, where the sons of Anam once proved their verse. Walk the path of the ancient kings and prove yourself at Jarlmoot”
• Hidden runes (appeared when both tablet halves joined): “Let the unworthy freeze and the worthy be known”
• Linked to Storm Giant traditions and ancient Giant magic
• Dekyna’s Warden ring will likely interact with this site (The Land Knows Him ability)
