Type: Region Condition: Eternal unnatural winter, caused by The Frost Maiden
A remote, frozen region. No floods anymore — everything is frozen solid. Most structures built for smaller folk (halflings, dwarves).

- The Black Cabin (north of Lonelywood) — people disappear, strange artifact ⏳ revisit at higher level
- Jarlmoot — tablet says “prove yourself” pointing to a lake
- Kelvin’s Cairn — miners go missing, yeti sightings, miner’s body found there
- Sea of Moving Ice — multiple islands, a whale transporting people, Nautiloid crash site nearby
- Glacier / City Beneath — a city sleeps under the glacier, Thalmor expedition attempting to reach Bryn Shander
- Tower buried in ice (north of the Spine) — map hidden there
- Karkolohk — goblin fortress, goblins treated poorly there
